According to the OFSTED report carried out in September 2008, many great aspects of the nursery were highlighted. The nursery was stated as "good, with many outstanding aspects".
OVERALL EFFECTIVENESS OF THE EARLY YEARS PROVISION:
Children are cared for in a very welcoming and stimulating environment, where they are able to access resources for themselves which allows them to develop their independence.
THE LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT OF THE EARLY YEAR'S PROVISION:
The enthusiastic and well trained staff work effectively as a team to produce exciting activities which are suitable for all children. The managers and staff are fully aware of how to raise children’s achievements and ensure progression of learning. The partnership with parents and carers is outstanding. The management team have ensured that extremely clear and accessible information is given to parents regarding the Early Year’s Foundation Stage, and staff take every opportunity to share information with parents through discussion.

The quality and standards of the early year’s provision
Children make good progress because staff help them to learn how to remain healthy, stay safe, enjoy and achieve and develop their skills in all areas. An excellent partnership with parents and carers has been developed and parents feel strongly that their children are cared for in accordance with their wishes. Staff are extremely aware of the children’s physical and emotional needs and take time to help young children settle, and extend children’s understanding in all areas of learning.
